About THE GANTNER/RISDEN FAMILY TREE
Please sign in to see more.
My father John Russell Gantner, Jr. was born in Turner Station Kentucky. His father (Sr.) came to Kentucky through New York City when their family came to this country from Germany. From what I understand they came from the Black Forest Area of Germany

John R. Gantner, Jr was born to John, Sr and Erma Mae Massie, they also had another son (my dad's only full blood brother), Elmer Benton Gantner

My dad's mother died from complications after gall bladder surgery when he was approx. 5 yrs. old, and Elmer was only an infant; John, Sr. would re-marry Arthusia M. Strange, and they would have 5 children; Hattie Francis (deceased), Robert Gantner (deceased), Leonard Price Gantner, Luther Gantner, Arthur Gantner

My mother was born to Samuel Letchfield Humphrey, and Bertie in Beckley, West Virginia. My mother is the only surviving sibling from that union; Dora Bird, Emmett Humphrey, Roy Humphrey, Bessie Earwood, and Fred Humphrey.

Do you know who your second cousins are? Try the Kinship Relationships Tool. Your site can generate various Reports for each name in your family tree. You can select a name from the list on the top-right menu bar.

In addition to the charts and reports you have Photo Albums, the Events list and the Relationships tool. Family photographs are organized in the Photo Index. Each Album's photographs are accompanied by a caption. To enlarge a photograph just click on it. Keep up with the family birthdays and anniversaries in the Events list. Birthdays and Anniversaries of living persons are listed by month. Want to know how you are related to anybody ? Check out the Relationships tool.
